Debra has been helping individuals and institutional clients weather the most turbulent markets, navigate an evolving landscape, and focus on creating long-term financial visions for more than 40 years, including 33 years at Stifel and firms ultimately acquired by Stifel. She holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ designation and personally oversees approximately $500 million of her clients’ assets.
Debra is a founding member of Stifel’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) and WIN’s Steering Committee. She was also a recent panelist at the Barron’s Top Women Advisors Summit in Palm Beach, Florida. Her husband, David, an investment professional with nearly 35 years of experience, joined her at Stifel in 2014 to form The Weiner Wealth Management Group.
Highly active in her community, Debra is a past president of both Bet Am Shalom Synagogue in White Plains and of the Westchester Jewish Council, the Jewish Community Relations Organization of Westchester County, where she continues to serve on their Executive Committee and as Gala chair. Debra served as the chair of the UJA Federation/Westchester Business and Professional Board, where she is still a board member and also served as their government relations chair.
Believing financial education to be essential, Debra has spoken at several public forums on various investment topics, including asset management and allocation, tax-advantaged investment strategies, and estate planning issues. Debra earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She is a lifelong resident of White Plains, where she lives with her husband, David. They have a grown daughter who graduated from University of Michigan and is working in New York City.
An investment industry veteran with nearly 35 years of experience, David joined Stifel in 2014 to form The Weiner Wealth Management Group with his wife and business partner, Debra Weiner.
Before joining Stifel, David worked at Chrome Capital Management, LLC, a registered investment advisor he founded. Prior to that, he served as a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets, where he ran the equity swap desk and marketed equity derivatives to RBC’s corporate clients. He was previously a Managing Director and U.S. head of derivatives at Credit Agricole Lazard Financial Products (CAL FP), a joint venture between Credit Agricole Bank and Lazard Freres. Prior to CAL FP, Mr. Weiner held various equity and fixed income derivative positions at UBS Financial Services (and its predecessor firms), Deutsche Bank, and Lehman Brothers.
David began his career in the actuarial field. He earned a B.S. in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.
A strong advocate within the New York business community, David serves as a board director of Ladder Capital.
Michael began his financial services career upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management – Finance from Sacred Heart University in 2019 and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
Michael has worked in client-facing roles inside and outside of the financial services industry since 2014 and prides himself on delivering top-tier service. In his role as Portfolio Analyst, he is responsible for providing the advisors on the team with detailed analysis of the many investment vehicles available.
Previously a long-time resident of Suffolk County, Michael now resides on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and cycling.
